Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent.     This is important. Laptops are horrible at battery management and aren't designed to keep batteries healthy while plugged into wall power 24/7. Take that battery out and elevate the laptop so that cool air can circulate underneath it. Maybe point a fan at it if you can...

    Battery life and heat issues are the only two things that should worry you.
