6600gt vivo problems
Problem with video-out
I have an MSI 6600GT AGP card. I am trying to hook the composite out from the ViVo to my Sony Wega. The picture is black and white, but here's the real problem. When I change the connection to composite (as per your forum guide here), the image goes color for a second and shows up correctly, then the signal dies! What is happening?! It goes from functioning perfectly to immediately dieing, and I have no idea why. Do I have to flash the BIOS? Do I need Forcewear 81.xx? I'm using 76 because it's the MSI official one and I wanted to see what options there were. Please help! Thanks in advance. EDIT: nevermind. gg MSI! those dopes labelled the vivo cable incorrectly. they have the green component cable labeled as 'comp out' when it's actually the blue one. |
