Yeah, I'd be annoyed with the bloat too, except if it doesn't slow the browser down and doesn't get in the way of doing other stuff I can't exactly see why it would be bad. I usually just ignore something that I don't want to use and it's like it's not there.

Wyz, I believe this filter does not work for forums with an "&" in the title

This is correct. The '&' vs. '&' issue was raising its ugly head. That's the only type of problem like that which I fixed with this update (re-install from first post). If we find others in the future, I'll correct them at that time.

Tip: use "Today's Posts" if you need to quickly get to a recently-updated and typically filtered thread, as this filter only applies to "New Posts".

I believe I have fixed this now, with a larger encoding set, which will avoid this problem occuring for other characters (beyond the ampersand) in the future.

I bumped them for someone that asked about them. I didn't notice that they're in his sig...

It does load instantly when you click the back button. At least it does for me.

I can also make Firefox load pages a LOT faster than it's normally configured to, but the developers have adhered to some "decency" standards when it comes to essentially flooding a web server with a huge number of requests all at once.

And a little bump. Love hearing about cool new ff tools for this and other sites.

Any idea when this might get updated? I'm missing my filter since the site update.
