Strange Video Behavior in IE
Just wondering if anybody else has experienced this and has a solution.
When scrolling in IE the screen will freeze and the monitor clicks on and off. It is that same click you get when changing resolution. It seems to only happen in internet explorer. But then again I only use IE, games and Visual Studio on this particular computer. Any ideas? |
