Microphone effects?

I've seached all over and i can find a program i want.

I want a program that will alter how my voice through my mic to i can play with either a deeeep voice, or high voice in games. Any of you know of a possible program that can do this?

i want to do this so i can disguise myself on my clan server and catch the idiots who act up when the amdins arent there

amx_who tells them who admin is. We are trying to find a plugin that disables it. I want to try to find a mic editor where i can change my voice, because people recognize my voice anywhere

ok.. if you dont know how to do that, then how about a program that alters wav files to make them sound radio-type or alters the wav?

It should do exactly what you want. It doesn't sound very good but you won't sound like yourself. I tested it with TS so it's fully functional.

Well for the high voice you can wrap a rubber band around your nuts.....
