Raid 0 Question

When running a Raid 0 volume, how does using defraggers like DiskKeeper help/hurt?

I have seen no extra benefit or disadvantage. it has the same effect as on a single drive.

I agree, the disk thrashing is exactly the same, but then they're built to handle it pretty much
