Metabench - CPU Benchmark Tool
I found a link to this on another forum. Looks interesting. Does 54 CPU Tests.
http://www.7byte.com/?page=metabench
My results were a mixed bag. I run my machine @ 2.8 but had to downclock to 2.5 to even get the app to run. I know my o/c is stable as i have run plenty of other tests & been running @ that clock for Months. It could just be that this is the beta program. Anyway interesting bit of software. Im Looking forward for some Conroe results if anyone is interested in trying it.

Re: Metabench - CPU Benchmark Tool
I would run it, but I had of spend most of yesterday in Windows (was stress testing my newly overclocked processor
), enough of that for a few days.
However, I did run Super PI this morning, not the fastest ever, but better than what I would have gotten before my o/c (1.6GHz -> 2.3GHz)
