Building New Rig Soon...
Okay I am going to be building a new rig soon and i have been out of the technology loop for a while. I was wondering what i should get... ill be putting it together myself of course... but i just dont know what parts to get... and what CRT is good for around $300.... total i want to keep it around $1200 i have HDDs, Case, CDRW,DVDW

Wow, you are outa the loop... For 300 bucks u can get a LCD. And for 1200 bucks u can have a pretty good gaming PC.
Its best you do some review on what exactly you'll be doing, gaming, video editing, ect.Oyee

yeah i figured, but isnt CRT better for gaming? no video editing, mainly for gaming and basic stuff

eVGA GeForce 7950GT 512MB GDDR3 is the card im getting ..... thats all i know at this point

LCD's are great for gaming. I've got a Samsung SyncMaster 915n 19" and I love it. Not one problem with gaming and the space saving is great also.
