Medusa 5.1 problems

Has anyone else here had massive problems with their Medusa 5.1 headphones? My first pair's rear speakers failed after 2 weeks, now my right front speaker just hums 10 days after I got the RMA on the new set. Should I give them a third shot or just get my money back?

Re: Medusa 5.1 problems

Wow, I am not amused. Just last night in the middle of gaming my mic stopped working. Tried another headset, works fine. How long is the warranty on these? I got them last June, but they are like new.....I took like 4 months off gaming and they weren't even used during that time.

How are they for RMA's? Quick?

Re: Medusa 5.1 problems

Warranty is 2 years. The replacements ARE fast, but it's a pain in the butt to actually have to replace em. I have a set of 2 year old headphones that are still working perfectly after constant use for that period. Pads are starting to die, but that's it.
