FIOS Router login

Anyone know how to access / configure the Verizon FIOS router that comes with the standard installation package? I haven't been able to find it's IP and I am too stupid at 2 am to figure out how to ping the router XD

What kind of speeds are you actually getting with FIOS?

If you don't get an answer soon, look in the faq's or forums here http://www.dslreports.com

They have a forum for Verizon and problably the hardware's manfacturer too.

i pay for 30mbit but get around 25-30.

edit-just did a test 31,000 Mbit.

real speed it's about 4 mb per second if the server can provide the speed.

the fastest server i've downloaded from so far though is the nvidia driver server.

Re: FIOS Router login

I have an 8 MBpS Max Download and a43 MBpS max Upload (assuming the servers can support it)

My best download was 7.4 MBpS on E-Mule with 1,120 sources for a single 1.2 gig file
