I agree. I have one of the hot running 6700's as well with no OCing or increase in voltages. I have a Ninja Plus Rev.B heat sink and 3 120mm fans. I've tweaked my airflow as much as I can and still idle at around 42°C and go up to 70°C under load. And if you think that seems hot, it was around 76°C under load with the stock heatsink.
