UPS suggestions

Well I think it's time to get a UPS.

All I really need it for is to properly regulate the voltage and shut down my machine if the power goes out.

My machine:
E6600
3 GB DDR2
X-Fi
GeForce 8800 GTS
DVD +R/W
Samsung 940BW monitor
3 USB devices.

According to a power calculator, this will draw just under 450W at full load.

Will the 750 VA, 450 W UPS that the tripp lite site suggests do the trick?

I've never had any but APC, and have been pleased with them.

But I HIGHLY recommend against buying anything from TigerDirect!

I'm glad I can get them free, but I had a minuteman UPS, and it was big, but power was good for 35-45mins on it.

I would also suggest APC.
