Ok, I plan to upgrade my pc with a new MB/CPU/Video card and Ram. I will have $500 to spend. This all started because my current video card does not do SM3.0 and my board is AGP. I think it would be silly to spend a bunch on a AGP card at this point.

Any ideas?

AMD XP 3000+
2gig ram
ATI X800GTO AGP

The first game I have run into that will require SM3.0 and I want to play is Spider-Man 3.

Ok, here is another question. Is there an AGP card out there for $150 or less that will run as fast or faster then my X800GTO and support SM 3.0?
