Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 ZS Notebook PCMCIA Sound Card

This card has been out for a while although I just recently found it. For those of you who are using on-board sound with a laptop and are playing BF2142, you don't know what you are missing. I have an Inspiron 9100 and it has fairly good sound but with this card it amazing, a huge difference. I can hear stuff I never did before, the guns sound awesome now. These results are with a cheap headset, I'm going have to get a better one now to compliment the card.

As far as install it was fairly easy, card has been out for a while so you have to download updated drivers (these enable the sound to be played through the laptop speakers) and some software updates.

As a word of caution, check your pcmcia controller for compatibility.

Sweet. I haven't updated my drivers in a long time. That's a nice feature to have the Audigy used with the laptop speakers.
