I have tried both...I am absolutley sure that it is the right IP, and I have tried to get in during the TS section...still nothing

Looking at the tracert log, it seems that somewhere along the way to the TG TS server your packets are lost. I did an IP location lookup at the last point you get a ping response and it's somewhere in Dallas. The problem probably isn't your fault or your ISP. It's something to do with that Internet hub in Dallas.

You can try running a 'ipconfig /flushdns' command to clear the cache but if the problem has persisted for this long this probably won't work. It seems the best you can do is wait until the Internet routing problem has been cleared. You might have to notify your ISP of this so the right people can eventually find out there's a routing problem.

That's a console command. Press [windows key]+R and type "cmd".
