Lag makes me sad :(

I have noticed that my ping to the PR server has increased dramatically. I ran a tracert to the ip (64.34.161.157) and here was the results:

As you can see, hop #10 keeps timing out. I am going to guess that this is the problem. Is there anything I can do about it?

edit: no response from a hop does not necessarily indicate a problem. What was your ping before ? Kinda weird your getting 59ms to Kingsport TN. Are you DSL or Cable ?
