How do these things and cultural treaties work.

1) Build Museum
2) Offer/Accept Cultural Treaty with 'someone'
3) Distribute your 'cultural goods' (1 per treaty) to your museum
4) Profit

You can distribute 1 good per level of museum and you get 1 good per treaty. So if you have 3 level 2 museums you'll need 6 cultural treaties (2 goods in 3 sites) to fill them all.

Do these treat cost diplomacy points from my embassy. And does it take time to ship goods for museums.

Nope. It's instantaneous and requires no diplomacy points IIRC.

How do you actually offer a cultural treaty? I can't find it in the interface anywhere!

I imagine you click on your museum and it offers you the option. I don't have one yet, so I don't know for sure.

You need to use the diplomacy function. Messaging someone, and using the drop-down box, it will be in German.

So does TGA have some sort of special thing with this then? I dont have an embassy yet or anything and only a lvl 2 village but seems like we would have something going on?
