Help a new member?

Anyone near Pasuios[87:62], and specifically a city called Amherst?

My fiance would like to join the alliance, but this fellow wants to continually pillage her colony. I've warned him already and am waiting a response (warships are sailing!), however is anyone closer than my 24 hour distance?

Looks like the threat of action might have "fixed" things. The pillager seems like he'll be sending things back; we'll see if it materializes
