i have an idea to steal materials using 2 people... set a request in trading post for 1000 of a luxury resource... and set your price high.. so nobody smart would pass up the offer.. have a friendly blockade your harbor so that when they come with their stuff... it will be pillaged, and you would get the stuff for free would this work?
