Military occupation
'Governor' - military research, allows occupation of an enemy city thus allowing you to profit(not via pillage) but by controlling it as one of your own cities.
Does that mean we can conquer cities in this game? FAQ states you cant lose your city, I'm slightly confused.

Re: Military occupation
I have no details about this, as its not implemented in the game yet, but I'm curious how it works as well.

Re: Military occupation
AFAIK you can occupy a town (when its implemented) for a certain period of time and while you're there, all resources the town gets go straight to you, but the upkeep of the town still rests on the owner.

Re: Military occupation
Yeah, you can't take over a city, occupation is the closest thing. I'm currently researching military up to governor for those purposes. Working on Law of the Lever now, should be a couple days.

Re: Military occupation
Occupation is limited, you just can't outright take over a city. You still get the benefit of profiting off your occupation.
