Being attacked?

I just noticed this under the "Troops in Town" (under the ships tab): "Ships of an enemy occupation force are stationed in this town!". Under the Units tab, it says this: "There are no units from an enemy occupation force stationed here!". Under the military advisor, there's no news of a blockade or occupation.

Any idea what's going on here?

It might be a glitch.

I just looked and I don't have the option to remove a blockade, so I would say it is probably a glitch.

Probably a glitch related to trading ships.

I sent a trade ship to pick up some cargo, but it was all sold out by the time it got there. However, my Military advisor then said that I was now making a 'troop movement' to that player!

ah ok.. .yeah i did use up most of my sulphur while i had it for sale... someone probably tried to buy it.
