Barracks Question
I can't seem to build up over level 2. Is there something special that I need to do? Certain number of troops or ships? I have the wood.

I'm really not sure what would keep you from upgrading past 2...but I suspect it could have something to do with not having Professioanl Army researched? I really don't know though.

The interface gets a little borked. Try clicking on the word "upgrade" instead of the button.
