How can you tell if a town is inactive or the player that ran it is no longer active.

In the island view, there will be a (i) next to the name. The name will also be grey.

I believe it's two days. After a certain number of inactive days, the account is deleted, right? And there's something about the longer you play, the longer it takes for your account to show up as inactive...
