Need Intel

In my desperate need for marble..........I must sedn my peace-loving, drunken troops to go take that which we can not buy. Can someone give me some help on intel for Helms Deep at 66:81.
A level 4 town that is currently listed as inactive. I will not have espionage for another three hours, then I have to build a hide out.

Any help is appreciated!

Just send in a lone slinger to hero himself and viola! a complete report on his army strength.

there are a number of colonies on that island with military scores of 0, hit up one of those.

Helms Deep has a military score of almost 4,000.
