Meaning of German in the Messages
Handelsabkommen anbieten -?
Kultureguterabkommen anbieten - ?
Thanks for the help. Think I messed up a treaty or two.

Handelsabkommen anbieten = Trade agreements offer
Kultureguterabkommen anbieten = Not sure, something "offer".

Re: Meaning of German in the Messages
Not knowing German, but taking a guess.....the second phrase may be referencing artifacts exchange for museums.

I know the one that starts with "K" is the one you use for museum treaties.

Re: Meaning of German in the Messages
"anbieten" means "to offer"
"Abkommen" is an agreement
"Handels-" means "commercial", "trading", or "marketing"
So the first one means "To offer a trading agreement"
My best guess with a literal translation of the second one is "To offer a good culture agreement"--perhaps trading artifacts?

Re: Meaning of German in the Messages
I was just about to say something about the translation but you guys are on top of it. Another way to figure out what it might mean if you dont really understand is look at the first word. For the culture agreement it is kulture. Also another one ive come across is the military agreement where the first word kind of looks like military. This has helped me a bit in trying to understand these crazy non english languages.

As German myself I can confirm this translation pretty much hit it on the head
