Blockading
There's a nearby town (Lvl3) with a gold score close to 100k, and no military. I've already pillaged him 6 times, but I'm wondering about blockading his port, since he's clearly a pure trader.
So here's the question: If I send a single balista ship, is that guaranteed to divert all traffic? Or will some get around the blockade and make it in/out of port?

Re: Blockading
It will take all trade traffic but will not stop any ground forces from attacking nor returning including those riding in cargo vessels. It will also prevent his ability to send out attack boats. 1 is sufficient until he breaks it.

Re: Blockading
I read somewhere that 1 ship will make a complete blockade. More ships are only useful if someone sends ships to break the blockade.
