sent diplomatic message to atomic dog requesting entry into TGA on 3.30.08 at 2300 hours gametime. Received no response (wasn't expecting one). I see my name not on list above. Who should I contact? And how if not through embassy and diplomatic post?

Build an embassy, click on it and search for TGA. They're is an option to send a request to join (it's the two shaking hands.) I was confused about that because when you hover on it, it's in a foreign language. There's a spot to send a message but I left it blank, I guess that doesn't matter.
