Okay... so I've researched "Market" and can now have trade agreements... here is my question: what do these do? and does the other person have to have it researched just like with "Cultural Exchange"?
They're bugged right now, but what they're supposed to is give you priority purchasing when it comes to goods on the market being sold by the person you have the treaty with. Meaning if you send out ships to pick up goods and someone else beats you to it, they will be turned away because you have priority on it.
