I've gotten pretty lucky since I've started playing this. I've only been attacked twice, one guy apologized, and the other sent my goods back after pillaging me. I've never pillaged an active person to this day, only in-actives. Also, my totals for combat reports are about 10-12.
...And then on the other hand you have me. Before I cleared them out, and found some sort of weird deleting bug for combat reports, I had well over 450 combat reports.
Anyone with a level three port or more and less than 100k points is fair game in book. Active, in an alliance, doesn't matter to me. If I can get a scout in there to check the garrison (if they are over 10k) and the warehouse, I'm going in.
Yeah, I have gotten a bit picky. It has to worth my time unless I am helping out an Alliance member or Ally. But maintaining 145 ships is very expensive, can't wait to be done researching Sea Charts to drop that expense by 8%!! LOL
