Here is the message I sent to Wildman:

Wildman,
Do you know that Parkbench is soon to be part of the mighty TGA alliance. We are discussing in our secured forums right now how we shall 'deal' with you. Many of our more powerful members just want to obliterate you. However, I know you are part of a friendly alliance so perhaps diplomacy will work

Please return Parkbench's materials (plus additional resources for his pain and suffering) ASAP. I will contact Parkbench in 24 hours to confirm receipt of these supplies.

PB, et all:
I got a poorly word reply (sigh...) from wildman of sin city. He stated that he did not know that Parkbench was a TGA alliance member and will refrain (my words, not his) from any future attacks. He did, however, refuse to hand back his pillaged goods.

Perhaps a little to excessive...

as I said all in time... there have been no further attempts... and when I'm stronger, I will insist he contribute to the the grape gods of the island, as it looks as though he has neglected that responsibility. : )
