I am also saving up for my 5th town (technically the 4th colony since we all start with one main town). I have been saving/pillaging for a while...

Just placed my fifth town! Also, just looked at the palace costs for next upgrade (200k Wood, 88k Wine, 132k Marble, 88k Crystal) and got very disappointed! It will definitely take me some time to get up that 88k wine, having to supply 5 existing towns!

I've had 4 for well over a month, I could afford to place two more at this point, but I've been donating 20-30k in wood to my 4 colonies island resources each day from each colony, so I havent expanded.

so how do you manage 20k wood a day? Are pulling in 833/hr at each colony or are you just buying a lot of wood?
