۞ Game Operators???
Anyone know what these little star like symbols ۞ in the city names mean? Are these the game operators or just someone having fun with text? I have seen a couple different people using them.

You can add them in your town name, just tried it. Don't have to be an administrator or anything. Probably just a couple of friends or something there.
