I had a guy attack my colony that I'm setting up. I told him he has 24 hours to give me back what he took, or I'm going to make it very uncomfortable for him to continue his gaming experience.

However, I see on my screen, that my troops are going to one of his towns and there isn't an option for me to withdraw my troops. Anyone know how I can do this? I do, in fact, want to give this guy a chance to give me back my stuff.

(I am at least, somewhat fair.)

I'm pretty sure you just have to wait for them to leave your harbor and then you can recall them. They're probably still loading up supplies and sharpening swords.
