Combat Missions: bragging/pillaging rights!
Ahoy Pillagers,
I have only recently begun pillaging like a drunk Romulan. Nowadays, I send off a set of pillaging runs while I sip my morning tea, send out another set with my noon day snack, send off some more troopers in between the 7pm Daily Show/Colbert Report, and sometimes I will send off a deep space pillaging mission/transport goods between colonies while drinking my night cap.
To date, I have accrued 550 combat reports.
How about you?
(if this is a repeated post, forgive my newbie folly)

I'm a peaceful merchant so I only have 107 reports. (105 are wins)

Striker,
Yet, I followed your attack in a another Tactical Gamer post with great interest. You really had a knock down (nine rounds?) fight. Such tenacity...there may be a future for pillaging for you!

Re: Combat Missions: bragging/pillaging rights!
I delete mine so that I can keep up with the bashing limit! I'm sure I'm well over a couple of thousand by now! I'm currently sending out 16 runs every 3 to 4 hours at least 4 or 5 times a day.

Re: Combat Missions: bragging/pillaging rights!
I've pillaged more in the last 2 days than I have in the past month since I found the game!
It helps that I have the score scripts for Firefox...and I actually know WTH I'm doing, that may help just a little bit. I've figure out i have 2 main towns to choose from - one that hemmorages gold (10K per) and one that hemmorages luxury goods (4K marble/wood each pillage)...which I then sell for beaucoup bucks!

Re: Combat Missions: bragging/pillaging rights!
Up to 232 attacks so far this month. I've seen the light and am no longer a semi-peaceful merchant. This is WAY more fun and profitable. Thanks Captain Kirk.

Re: Combat Missions: bragging/pillaging rights!
Update:
I am up to 985 combat reports. I have torn up the 'Prime Directive' and I interfere with all sorts of inhabitable islands/towns.
This is the good life.

Re: Combat Missions: bragging/pillaging rights!
I have had a grand total of one battle! Some horrid person sent a few units at one of my towns shortly after I started playing, and they sent a few more slingers than I had defending, so I lost a few hundred resources.
I might get and pillage some people on islands near me though...

How many of these do you plan on bringing back?
Your posting habits seem all too familiar to me...Anyone else think so?
