I gave the guy 24 hours to return what he took from me.
He attacked one of my other colonies. He's an island mate of mine.

What a stupid little chit. (BTW, he nabbed 200 marble from me and pillaged 2k worth of gold. If he simply would have asked, I would have given him some marble.)
