I started with a polite but solid and direct request that they start donating. If I got a smartass response or no response at all.. I followed it up with a direct threat of military action and that the proceeds of the pillage would be donated to the resource - so they could do it themselves or I would do it for them with their pillaged goods.
It's worked every time so far.. HEY! I think I met Tavita that way!
I filtered my 'targets' though.. if they were on the island, but no workers at the resource - I didn't bother them.. but I keep an eye on it.
I also try to make sure I am I primary donor on the island.. makes my stick bigger..
Oh.. that didn't sound right.. Let's just say I have a big stick when I lay down the law..
Erm.. no.. stop thinking that way.. Uhh.. ok forget sticks.. I should change that.. I'm too tired tho..
