Alright I've got an A-hole on my target list, at my wine island he has donated less than 15K when every one else with atleast a level of 16 has donated beyond 125K+ for wine, he has donated 7K to wood and everyone else is around 50K.. The story is I sent him a few messages about a week apart asking him to donate in, he never responded.. So I decided a attack might get a response, I sent some in, he sent some back and we went at it pretty heavily for a few days then ended.. Since then its been about 2 weeks and he still has donated none, I asked 2 other guys on my island about him and they said they would be in to attack soon, one of the guys got a response out of him (Sui from TFU) and he said the other guy was going to donate but stopped when I started attacks.. I told him to tell the guy ill leave him alone for 2 weeks but if he isnt about 50K for each then im going to continue attacks. I left him alone for about 4-5 days and he built up a army and is pillaging one of my places now.

Edit: Oh and so far he has pillaged me for 1016 wood, 1302 wine and 75055 gold,
