Crazy Thing
This happened tonight i switched to seafaring cause it would get it researched in 8 hrs so i could go back to military in the morning well i switched to "study" deck weapons which had 8 hrs at start and i set it and went to my diplomacy and saw my research lit up and it had researched in 10 seconds anyone know this bug?

It isn't a bug. It transfered all your current research points over to the new research. You probably had more research points than it took to actually research deck weapons.

Yeah happened to me to one time as well.
So if you stock up on points you can get them immediately as long as you have more points than required?
(sorry if this makes no sense
)
