Ins Ihs?
How about a TG In House Squad specifically for Insurgency?
Ideally, there should be two (one dedicated to Marines team and the other to Insurgents)... but given the amount of players available, that might not be possible.
The Marine one should be geared towards developing conventional tactics for use as a conventional team in INS (i.e. for now, it's the US Marines but in the future, the Brits will be in). The Insurgent squad would develop unconventional tactics and fight like a guerrilla unit.
In terms of a name... how about something completely different? Like ' 10th Highlanders'! Everyone wants to be Marines, Rangers, or Mountain Division, and everything common... so how about something original? :P But... maybe that's my bias for once being a Highlander
Would anyone want to join? It shouldn't be exclusive to Supporting Members either, to encourage numbers... but perhaps later once it gains popularity, it could be.

Re: Ins Ihs?
For inhouse squads you gotta be a SM. The only exception to those rules are the irregs. Now saying that my Squad has stated they would like to get into Insurgency alot and we probably will in the next few weeks.
Do you have an idea for something?

Re: Ins Ihs?
And what do these in house squads do exactly beside where there tag infront of their name and try and get onto the same team as others with a like wise tag? Do you play matches together or meet up for bbq's lemmie in on the gossip!

It's kinda like family in the mafia kind of way. Yeah we enjoy scrimms, competition, playing together...but most of all we enjoy keeping each other's backs.

We have a number of squads here but TG has a process for squad creation and membership. http://www.tacticalgamer.com/team-sq...al-discussion/
It started in bf2 so you might find more info there.
Disciple squads get together and play in many games hosted at TG. They practice whatever they want for that particular game. Like an air based squad in bf2 or the Armour based.

IHS Tags: It's all about the look of a teamstack on the scoreboard.
Really, I think it'd be best if both squads/one-large-squad played both sides. Divided, if Blue has a strategy, Red takes X amount of game-time to figure it out, then develop a counter, then try to effect it. As one body, they can move straight to the develop-and-counter phase. More people learn more strat in less time, and more strats are developed and tested.

Re: Ins Ihs?
I just installed INS a few days ago, so I still suck at it...
That being said, I'd love to participate in any way I can.

Yeah, this is one of the best source mods ever. Though after playing Eternal Silence, I think there's an underdog on the scene.
