Sadly, the maps that have been developed for the Conquest HQ type of game play do not lend well to the practices of the Tactical Gamer Primer.
Majority of the maps that I have played force players to camp spawns inadvertently as they attempt to capture. Those causing the other team to then push the limits as far up to the previous spawn capture point and thus begins the failure of this title.
I have had some enjoyable games on the
TG server but to flip the coin I have had more un-enjoyable games. Admins have their hands full and with the game is configured they can not determine who is the rotten apple causing the problems.
Take last night for example. There was someone on the Insurgent team who continued to push passed the Mosque (A point) and flank the spawn of the Marines every single time. This behavior is unacceptable within
TG but can not be enforced with the current server settings.
I would like to submit that the kill messages be turned on to help the admins and players determine who might be pushing limits and rushing spawn areas.
