Nope seems like the release will be available later tonight 12am PST, so that means 4am EST. Best to download this tomorrow.

They're playtesting to ensure it won't pull a Goldeneye Source crash-fest after its cut loose.

We need an Insurrection subforum. It'd see more use than CSS Mapping would.
