I'm with ya there. Fileplanet is my nemesis... poorly organized, unclear content, and a few corrupted downloads have permanently soured me.

...and than the constant badgering to get you to pay for the bad service! Bleck.

Also so you guys are ready for the release you should download SDK Base...

Here is a quote from a chat.

sslice: Just another reminder, if you dont have 'Source SDK Base' installed, go install it now.

sslice: It is required to play Insurgency. In Steam, go to the Tools tab, then find and install 'Source SDK Base'.

Note: You don't need 'Source SDK', only 'Source SDK Base'.

Its only 225megs but you should preload it now anyway so its one less thing.

If any one has a fileplanet premium account contact me soon, I have a few different servers in different data centers. As a service to TG members I will mirror the files needed for this game.

I am almost 100% sure you have to download the mod and its 1gig+ or damn close. I would host the files and put a link in a text file here for registered forum users only.

So if you have a fileplanet account with preimum server download privliages contact me.

Mod is out now size for client is 646.6 MB server size is 288.5 MB.

I am getting the client now I will be hosting the client for TG members to download later this afternoon.

If any moderators are around please let me know if you can bypass the 15post minimum for me to post a link to an external site. Otherwise I may not be able to post a link to the hosted files for you guys to download.

Niko, you could do one of two things. One is just putting down a hard link (just the text) and letting one of us edit your post to simply make an actual link out of it. Or, you could PM one of us the link and we'll post it here. The choice is yours.

Yeah mine is doing the same thing. I had 6 minutes lef then it jumped to 17 min! haha oh well, at least its out

I have the mod locally now. However my local upload is horrid so it will take me forever to place on one of my servers.

I am wauting for the torrent to come so I can get it to a server. From there I will get you guys a direct link.
