Bug reports, strategies, game-play issues
I've just come from about an hour of this map. The entire time I was there, the USMC won. I asked my teammates why they thought this was and they said the Insurgents weren't advancing. Some would quickly work their way under the bridge and come back on our six, but other than that we had no problem suppressing them. Looking at the map, it seems the Safehouse and the Village are closer to the Insurgent's spawn. The map makes me think the Insurgents should be able to win this one. Perhaps the slight elevation of the bridge over the field is the difference. Once the USMC captured the Village, it was over. I could easily flank the left side and hold off Insurgents coming over the hill so my teammates could capture the Safehouse and win the game.
I should really play this map again with some Insurgents who know what to do; I think there are too many good spots in the Village to simply give up and retreat back.
I agree about the Ins pushing up too far... although they NEED to hold the bridge as long as possible and run down the USMC's reinforcements, as the village is SO much easier for them to overrun. As with all push maps, the Alpha site is usually the most critical imho. Hold it as long as you can and run down the clock.
The Ins though really need to be on their game and paying attention to when A goes down and get their asses back to Bravo fast... pushing up to bridge for kills after A is gone is futile.
Thanks for the observation splendid! Hope to see you on the server soon, dont forget about Insurgency Night on Tuesdays
It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
It has been almost 6 months now and I am still waiting for the second peer-review report to come in for my next book (this one is on the future of television).
Things usually unfold faster than...
