The key to this map is to control the alleys. There are Two, one that runs along the back side of B and another that runs from spawn points. If you can keep some reasonable coverage on this map you have got it won. Once one team gets B and puts a few support guns down that alley and in the balcony on the second floor its pretty much over. But if the Insurgence can get to A and hold that one, its very hard for the USMC to take it back, without loosing a few reinforcements.
I have a couple nice sniper points in this map as well. If you jump down from the hotel onto the Shade that sticks out from a window, you can sit up there and pic the Insurgence off as they run across the street. The very back of the insurgence side of the map are 2 spots.
There was some contention today between players on the space dubbed the "hotel". It's the flat roofed building just north (above) Bravo on the map. It lies between the Marine and Insurgence spawn points. The Marines had a saw setup to guard the insurgent tunnel outlet to this area. Particularly due to the fact the the insurgents were controlling the hotel and making it near impossible for marines to get out of spawn. Since the marines -only- can exit spawn above ground at street level, and the insurgents have a multitude of other routes, some quite protected in underground passages, I'd have to say this is perfectly OK for marines to camp in order to secure a street level insertion. Now marines running into the underground tunnels towards Insurgent spawn is pushing it, especially if they get near the insurgent "point of no return" which is the obstacle insurgents jump down from and can't go back into spawn from.
Even with the insurgent exit to hotel guarded, insurgents can exit street level near A, street level west of hotel, 2nd story north of A, and the long passage that exits between B and C. Whereas the marine team only has two exits, both leading to the street. It's damn near vital that the marines hold the hotel in order to have a route out.
I think thats the most frusterating point of this map, not being able to move out of spawn and then running out of reinforcements. If you can get a Saw behind the hotel or even a couple in that bed room you can hold it long enough to get A and B.
One thing i noticed that works well is to take 2 guys to A and cap. Then hold there and get into defensive positions and hold A for the round. Then the rest of the team goes and takes B.
Bravo Microsoft, you have now surpassed EA in poor decisions and once and for all seized the crown for the worst 'Reveal' ever. That EA were standing there on the stage with you when you did it was...

It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
