RPG: Rocket Propelled Grenade, used as an effective anti infantry and anti light vechile weapon. It has a big blast radius and no dont be silly mate.
Have you ever seen a grenade in real life? Go throw a HE grenade in the next room of your house and cahnces are the wall will break off and smack you in the face from the shockwave of the explosion. With an RPG this is pretty much the same apart from the fact you got fragmentation and propulsion added to it.
They did a perfectly fine job with it.

This thread was dead 8 months ago when it was created... I'm pretty sure we are well aware of the power of RPGs.... as well as what the acronym stands for..
