Patch released for DF:X, but... ???
It looks as though the patch was put on hold for the release of DFX. The DFX team is the team that made JO. So where's the JO patch, according to Nova it was due out "in a couple of weeks", but that was over 3 weeks ago now.

i dunno but i can't wait to see if it fixes the game or screws it up more. we shall have to wait and see (in the mean time i get CSS in tuesday
)

well considering it's from the same guys, yes I would say a lot is the same. What you're paying for is apparently DF1 and 2 style gameplay, and no random bullet spread which still exists in JO today, meaning less skill to play the game. Apparently DFX gets rid of this, and doesn't have the other bugs - it's almost like its a patch for JO but they just decided to make another cheapo game (i.e. they just ported stuff over and probably spent a night making it).
