Blind,

I had my sound go out last night. It sounded to me like it got caught in some kind of loop. I could hear background noises but no sound on the gun firing. TS was also fine. I rebotted and it came right back just fine. It was the first time it's happened to me so I'll wait before I panic.

I don't have onboard sound on my mobo so I know that's not the issue. I am running a SB Audigy2. It's unbelievable to me that the SB cards seem to have the most issues yet they're installed in the most computers. You'd think the dev's would tackle this issue

Keep me posted if you find out anything more.
