Now before anyone gets all crazy, here's what I'm thinking. A tactical squad of JO fanatics whose sole mission is to go to public (and maybe some private) servers and create all kinds of mischief. I'm not talking about doing anything nasty or destructive, more along the lines of black ops stuff. I'm thinking of 5-6 people who specialize in their role and work mainly away from the main battles. I would envision that we would all spawn away from the action, take a look at the map and determine a mission. It might involve vehicle suppression, bridge denial, interdiction or just random mayhem. There are all sorts of fun and nasty things we could do to disrupt the enemy.

I want to strike fear in the hearts and minds of our public adversaries. I'd like to elevate the status of TG soliders to "Uber-Warriors". I want people to look at the roster and see "TG" and say "oh ****".

My only concern is that I don't want to do anything that disrupts the larger group.

Some AT and some satchel charges can do a lot of damage on the back roads.

That's what I'm thinkin! It's too bad there isn't a way to disable vehicles with a satchel. Disabling one then having four guys pop up and shoot the occupants would ROCK!

I know one thing I always enjoyed doing was planting satchel charges in vehicles and then hiding in the woods/hills. Once the vehicle loaded up and got off the ground, I would detonate the satchel charges and take out the vehicle and whatever occupants it had.

I remember doing that a lot on the dormant volcano map. Lots of fun and makes people REALLY concerned about booby-trapped vehicles. :-)

Sounds good. I usually perform counter-sniping in public servers as it is a "target rich environment". LOL! On a number of hills you can find up to 5 snipers on one hill. Good fun. Just be sure to get the heck outta dodge before they come looking for you.

Anyway, this sounds really good. Use to do stuff like this in BF: DC. Was loads of fun. Let me know.

I must say that this idea is growing more and more appealing for me.

Last night I was playing more as an infiltrator/harrasser than a typical assaulter. Was actually more fun to just frustrate the enemy (in support of base capture/defense) than to keep dying in frontal assaults. I think that if we can get something going along the lines of a black-ops unit, we could have a ton of fun those times when TG is in the minority on whatever server we're playing on (assuming there's pubby's on our team to handle the front-line combat).
