I personally loved defending in JO. Get together with your buddy and hide outside of the capture zone. Watch for the enemy moving in on the most likely path. Definitely pack AT to handle vehicles. The M203 comes in handy for silent kills at a distance. If the enemy gets inside the capture zone, walk the perimeter of the zone and move in to try and hit them from behind.

Re: 2 players playing together

When I play with one friend then we will take turn scouting for 1 another and ambush anything coming, while with another friend we will take turns gunning and driving.

So I find that it really is up to the player styles as to what tactics we use. If you both just got the game and you both are learning it together just always remember that 2 soliders are better working as 1 then 2 guys running to thier deaths. take the time to cover each other as one move forward so if 1 goes down then you get paybacks for your buddy or you both slaughter the poor guy. Hope this helps

Teamspeak. Invaluable for this type of thing.

Probably need one grunt, one AT to make this effective. Or, if you are playing Realism, Grunt & Sniper, since the sniper can carry a MP5 as their backup.

Oh, and attacking a bunker, one 'nades, the other charges.
