What does Adrenaline do?
Even though a lot of people have played and stabbed themselves with the needle, there are still some questions around what does it exactly do?
+25 health
+speed increase for 15 seconds
+clears audio noise so that you can hear things better (or for some, worse haha)
+zombies cannot stun you (slow you down, ie. when you get hit by zombies chasing you)
+reload faster
+revive people faster
+do actions faster
+attack faster with melee
+no melee fatigue
What is it good for? All Crazy kinds of zombie related activities. A few include killing any kind of special infected or turning off that pesky alarm thats summoning zombies. Also good for making Coach lose weight.

It also turns the corners of your vision red and reduces it like you've been incapped, but it's really awesome.

Very good when picking up fallen team mates. 3 seconds is so fast time when compared to the 6 it normally takes, great for making escapes on final (as thats when people seem to get stuck to the common / hit the ground)
